Notes

General Note:
View of the Flour Mill Lofts (1998-1999 rehabilitation by Ann Cuthbertson Architects and JV DeSousa Architects) at 2000 Little Raven Street, in the Five Points neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. Colorado Milling and Elevator Company purchased this mill, originally constructed in 1920 as the Longmont Farmer's Mill, and produced flour known as the "Pride of the Rockies." In 1998 Dana Crawford and Lisa Evans, developers and historic preservation advocates, rehabilitated the former flour mill into seventeen residential lofts. The stepped 10 story building is a modern addition and has balconies and industrial style windows. The original 7 story building is connected to the addition. The buildings are on the South Platter River.
