General Note:
View of side elevation of Fitzroy Place (1892), also known as the Warren-Iliff Mansion, at 2160 South Cook Street in the University Park neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. Shows a red sandstone residence with a composition roof. Features include dormers, chimneys, lintels and a row of three arched windows supported by columns and a cushion capital. The Albany, New York architectural firm of Fuller and Wheeler designed this Richardsonian Romanesque-style mansion for Henry White Warren, Bishop of the Methodist Episcopal Church, and his wife Elizabeth Iliff-Warren, the widow of John Wesley Iliff.
