General Note:
View of the Downing Street waiting station (1904), located on the corner of Downing and Bayaud Streets, in the Washington Park neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. Shows a green structure topped by a pyramidal roof covered in wood shingles. The open shelter has four walls that serve as partitions. Each wall has a window. There is a wall mounted bench in each of the four sections. Denver investor Henry Wilcox funded the construction of this structure for passengers waiting for trolleys, it is now a bus stop.
