View of the Adolph J. Zang House (William Lang; 1889), also known as the "Gargoyle House," at 1532 Emerson Street in the North Capitol Hill neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. Shows a tall, narrow, detached townhouse with a rough-faced stone (rhyolite) facade. A griffin tops a steep, parapeted, front gable. There is an oriel window with a conical roof on the corner of the facade. The house is on the National Historic Register.
