General Note:
View of the Financial Center, originally constructed as the J.P. Dunn Shoe and Leather Company (1912; Robert Willison and Montana Fallis, architects), at 1825 Lawrence Street in the Central Business District neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. Shows the facade of a four-story early twentieth century commercial-style brick building. The building has a flat roof, a pedimented parapet, and a decorative cornice with brackets and dentils. There are three pairs of rectangular windows on the top three floors. There is a recessed entrance with double doors set in the center of the ground floor. On both sides of the entrance are three plate glass windows.
