Shows a white stucco Spanish Eclectic-style house with vigas and a red tile roof. The two-story house has an one story-wing and Prairie-style features such as broad eaves and a hipped roof. There is also a Craftsman-style pergola in the front. The single family residence was constructed in 1904 (Aaron Grove and Thomas Walsh, architects) to serve as the Agnes Phipps Tuberculosis Sanitarium superintendent's residence.
