View of U.S. Army Air Forces Technical Training Command seal in the terrazzo floor of the former Lowry Air Force Base Armament Building (constructed in 1942) at 130 Rampart Way in the Lowry Field neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. Shows a shield with set of wings attached. There is an urn holding plumes on the shield. Above the shield is a hand holding a key. Below the shield are the Latin words "Sustineo Alas," which means "I Sustain the Wings."
