General Note:
View of the west and south elevations of the Grant-Humphreys Mansion (1902: Theodore Davis Boal and Frederick L. Harnois, architects) in the Capitol Hill Neighborhood (East Seventh Avenue Historic District), Denver, Colorado. The Neoclassical building has a semicircular portico on the west elevation supported by fluted Corinthian Columns. Georgian balustrades are on the first and second story balconies as well as the rooftop balustrade. The house, which is on a hill, has a large patio on the South elevation built over a ground level structure that has a large arched window.
