Her hair is cut short and parted on the side. Francisco stand beside her, he wears a broad brimmed hat, a vest and has a full gray mustache.

From inventory: "Man in hat is Francisco García, born March 7, 1862 in Tusas, New Mexico. He died October 3, 1928 in Denver, Colorado. He was the son of José Cipriano García and Deluvina Valdez. Francisco married Juana Vigil on February 14, 1881 in Las Manuelitas, New Mexico. He and his wife and the families of their son's and daughter's came to Colorado in about 1920 to work in the sugar beet fields. The women seated is his daughter, Francisca García. She was born February 27, 1889 in Las Manuelitas, New Mexico. Next to Francisco is his son-in-law Benito Gonzáles. Benito was born January 17, 1904 in Mosquero, New Mexico and died January 3, 1980 in Placerville, California. He married Antonita García (Toni) on August 3, 1925 in Greeley, Colorado."
