s you may or may not know, on March 24, 2014, Trans-High Corporation Inc., the parent company of High Times Magazine, filed a complaint against our parent company, The Maryjane Group, Inc., in United States District Court, Southern District of New York.
We are happy to announce that the dispute has finally come to an end, with a cordial agreement that is more than satisfactory for both parties. That being said, we will be changing the name of our publication in accordance with the agreement.
As much as we are sad to be saying good-bye to The Mile High Times, we are thrilled to announce the birth of The Mile High Life.
With the name change going into effect for the upcoming June edition, we can assure you, the reader, that we will maintain the high-caliber of entertaining and informative coverage that you have grown to know and love.
We hope that our readers will enjoy what we’re sure will be an exciting and enlightening transformation.
