General Note:
View of the Old Spaghetti Factory restaurant on the corner of Lawrence and Eighteenth (18th) Street. The building, constructed as the Denver City Cable Rail Way Co. Building (1889), sits at 1215 Eighteenth (18th) Street in the Central Business District of Denver, Colorado. The photograph shows the southwest (18th Street) and the southeast (Lawrence Street) elevations of a two-story red brick industrial building. The nineteenth century commercial-style structure has a flat roof with a pedimented parapet on the southwest elevation. Below the pediment is a recessed arched entrance to the structure. There are square pilasters on both floors and pairs of round arched windows set below large brick arches on the second floor of both elevations. Above each pair of windows is a star. A plaque on the building reads: "1889." Each side of the building has a circular sign that reads: "The Old Spaghetti Factory."
