About Latinos and Hispanics in Colorado Photograph Collection

The Latinos & Hispanics in Colorado Collection is a photographic array of the lives of Colorado's many Latino and Hispanic citizens throughout the previous century. The photographs range in subject from family portraits taken in the early 20th century to modern images of civil rights rallies and festivals. The original photographs were graciously loaned to Auraria Library in 2011 by dozens of individuals and families of various backgrounds and digitized by the Denver Public Library Genealogy, African-American, and Western History Division.

If you are interested in reusing any of the images in this collection, please contact the Digital Collections Manager at Auraria Library for more information.
